Our training workshop costs depend on factors such as the number of delegates attending, the number of training courses booked, and the suggested dates for the training. We strive to provide competitive pricing options and offer premium discounts to clients who choose us as their preferred Trainer and Coaching company annually.

To access our training brochure and book workshops, clients can request it via email. They can then select the training workshops they are interested in and email us their preferences and suggested dates. In case a training workshop is not available in our brochure, clients can send their inquiries, and we will promptly respond within 48 hours.

Certification of Participation

We value the accomplishments of our participants and acknowledge their commitment to professional development. Therefore, upon successful completion of a training workshop, each participant will receive a certificate of participation. This certificate signifies their dedication to acquiring new skills and knowledge in their respective fields.

Additionally, we offer the option of accredited certificates for those who require them. However, please note that accredited certifications involve additional fees, as they require external booking, examination verification, and validation by an examination body. It is important to communicate the need for accredited certificates either before booking the course or after the training workshop.

Timely Communication and Feedback

At Pathways Solution Services, we understand the significance of effective communication and timely feedback. Upon receiving any queries, we strive to revert to our clients within 48 hours, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly.

Furthermore, after the completion of training workshops, we provide written feedback to the Human Resource Manager (HRM) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within 14 days. This feedback serves as a comprehensive assessment of the training program and highlights the participants’ progress and achievements.

These training courses are delivered either as instructional-led sessions or through our cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) known as E-Learning. Our LMS enables learners to access self-paced online courses and successfully complete each training course.
